HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

 

How you place your order is up to you and whatever method  works best for you. You can order online, through email or by calling us

* You can place your order anytime and if you are ordering for an Event we will prepare your order closer to your event date for freshness. Frosted Pretzel will email you prior to event to confirm your order.

 

* Due to high volume of sales during Holidays we recommend you to order in advance.

 

* Pre-Order-If you are Ordering  one of our Pre Made Gift Boxes for the Holiday, they sell fast and typically consist of limited flavors and quanities.

 


HOW CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY ORDER? 

Please call us or email us at frostedpretzel@yahoo.com and we will be happy to customize your gift box or tag if we are able. 

 


HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER?

* Every treat is made fresh to order — no shortcuts, no stockpiles. To keep things delicious and delightful, we ask for 5-7 days’ notice on all orders. That way, your goodies arrive just as they should: handcrafted, joyful, and ready to wow.

 

* Orders must be placed at least 5-7 days in advance unless other arrangements have been made.

 

* If you need your order sooner please contact us at 406-363-1168 or frostedpretzel@yahoo.com and we will do our best to rush your order.

 


WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER? 

* Once we receive your order you will receive a confirmation email from Frosted Pretzel@ yahoo.com

If you do not receive a confirmation email that means we did not receive your order

 

* Orders are Made to order – as soon as Frosted Pretzel  confirms your order, we will start your order within 48 hours

 

* If you need to cancel your order, please cancel within 48 hours. 

 

* No refunds or exchanges will be given after 48 hours after confirmation of order has been received

 

* Once your order is completed Frosted Pretzel will call you and confirm your order is completed and ready for pick or delivery-details for pickup/delivery

 


LOCAL PICK UP /DELIVERY

* Once your order is completed Frosted Pretzel will contact you by email or phone call and confirm your order is completed and ready for pick or delivery-details for pickup/delivery in Hamiton, MT.

 

* If you are unable to meet at the agreed time, please let us know as soon as possible-we are happy to reschedule within 24 hours- All Orders must be delivered within 48 hours UNLESS other arrangements have been made.

 

* No Refunds/Exchanges or Credits will be offered if customer is a no show, and the customer does not arrange pickup within 24-48 hours. Frosted Pretzel will hold your order up to 48 hours after agreed pick up time. We will not remake any orders and after 48 business hours the order will no longer be available.

 


LOCAL DELIVERY

* Orders for delivery over $50.00


* Delivery address will be no more than 10-mile radius from our location in Hamilton, MT.

 

* We are not responsible for incorrect addresses


* We can not leave Chocolate on porches in warm weather so a person must be available to accept the delivery at the time of delivery.

 

* We can not be held accountable for your treats once you have missed your delivery or pick up time. We also can not store them for more than 48-72 business hours.

* During winter season we will not deliver during a snow storm or other hazardous weather- if weather is permitting delivery we will deliver as soon as we are able to deliver safely.

 


SHIPPING

* Currently we only ship Jewelry, accessories and dog treats.

 

* We do not ship our chocolates or other baked goods due to MLFCA (Montana Local Food Choice Act) Transactions must occur only within the state of Montana and cannot take place across state lines. (this does not apply to our homemade dog treats or jewelry and accessories)

 


REFUNDS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES 

* We do our very best to make sure every order is what our customers ordered and want our customers to be happy.

 

* Every order is inspected, and all details confirmed prior to delivery so if our customers are not happy due to something we  did or didn’t do we will do our best to make it right-please make sure to contact us within 24 hours after receiving your order. Once the order is out of our hands we can no longer be held accountable and no refunds or store credit will be given.

 

* Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you need to cancel, see *Cancel Order* section

 


WHATIS YOUR REFUND/RETURN POLICY?

* For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

*If you are not satisfied with your order, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at frostedpretzel@yahoo.com. Our customers satisfaction is top priority to us so please do not hesitate to let us know so we can make it right:)

 


WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

* If you need to cancel your order, please cancel within 24-48 hours after order confirmation, because orders are made to order, we start making your treats within 24-48 hours after receiving payment - however if we have not started processing your order, we will offer a full refund.

 

* Please email us or call us for confirmation.

 


CUSTOM ORDERS/PARTIES/EVENTS 

Do you have a special event coming up that you need some help with? Baby Shower, Wedding, Graduation, Birthday, Business event etc? We got you!!!! We do custom orders!

* When placing large orders for Events/Parties please order at least 10-14 days in advance

 

* Contact us via email or phone and let us know what you are looking for and we will do our best to create the perfect gift for you!

 

* Please let us know any details including colors, event date, ribbon colors, chocolate colors, themes, event, wording etc

 

* Custom Event orders over $ 100.00

 

* For custom or orders over $100 we require a 25% down payment and full payment is due when order is completed

 

* NO REFUNDS or CREDITS will be given to custom orders after 24 hours after customer receives order.
